The Cultural Experience

For Tanzania Culture Safaris or Cultural Additions to safaris please contact us direct. All cultural safaris are organized on a one off basis. Each safari is organized direct with the communities you will be visiting. Each cultural exchange also takes into account what you may or may not want to see/experience. Some Examples are visits to hospitals, schools, village and home visits. We work directly with the communities with our Initiative Programs and will ensure that all visits are done with gentleness and respect for the visitors and the communities and families/organizations being visited.

This educational experience allows visitors to have an insight into the daily activities and lifestyles and offers a chance to visit with the local people. From tool making, jewelry making, hunting, farming, dancing and much more, the local guides will tour you around the picturesque surroundings and show you the diverse and exciting cultures that exist. Your fee for the visit helps the local villages tremendously; benefiting schools, infrastructures, supplying clean water to communities and livestock, supporting women groups and allowing them to earn a living making crafts and jewelry and so much more. Have fun, ask questions, experience and support all that the cultural tours have to offer!

“ Local life away from safari scene”

In Africa safari not only means the viewing of wild animals, as the word safari literally means: voyage. A trip along the many African tribes you should definitely need to see. The proud Maasai, the sturdy Pare and Chagga people or the wandering Bushmen the Hadzabes are certainly worth a visit. Village leaders or tribe chiefs who will show you Africa from a different angle.

Spending the night together with a Maasai or a local Hadzabe family in the bush is surely an experience of a lifetime, which you will remember the rest of your life and is certainly fine story material for friends and family back at home.
